HOLLISTER, Mo. - Patricia A. Ales, 70, Hollister, died unexpectedly Saturday, Nov. 11, 2006, at Skaggs Community Health Center, Branson, Mo.

Memorial services: Runge Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. .

The family held a memorial visitation at her home on Monday.

Mrs. Ales was born July 6, 1936, in Davenport, the daughter of the late Richard and Velma Dawartz Madsen.

She owned and managed fashion related businesses throughout her life.

Survivors include her stepmother, Erna Madsen of Bothell, Wash.; three children, Chris Ales of Moline, Ill., Scott Ales of Eustus, Fla. and Carrie Ummel of Scottsdale, Ariz.; five grandchildren; two brothers, Dick Madsen of Bremerton, Wash. and Thomas Madsen of Lake St. Helen, Mich.; and a sister, Sister Annette Madsen of Redwoods Monastery, Whitethorn, Calif
