Thomas Coady, of Letts Area, Called in Death

Letts - Thomas W. Coady, 75, died at the homestead where he was born, a mile and a half north of Letts, at 5:30 pm Monday. He had made his home there with his sister, Miss Bryde Coady and a brother, Ed Coady. Except for a few years in Alaska and Florida, he had spent his entire life here.

The son of John and Ann Cosgrove Coady, he was born June 9, 1866. His parents, a brother, M.S. Coady and two sisters, Mrs. E. Sanning and Mrs. H.F. Zybarth prededed him in death. Beside the brother and sister with whom he lived, he is survived by a brother, Dr. J.J. Coady of Chicago and a sister, Mrs. Mary Hogan of Iowa City.

The rosary will be recited at the residence tonight at 8 o'clock and funeral rites will be at 10:30 am Wednesday at St. Malachy's church at Ardon with the Rev. R.J. Egan in charge. Burial will be in the Ardon cemetery.
