Mrs Nellie G, Eis 88 died at pm Sunday at Muscatine General Hospital following an extended illness She had resided at 513 E. Sixth St.

She was born Oct 24,1886 in Louisa County the daughter of Edward and Alice Wilson Fry and had lived in this area until moving to the State of Washington in 1922. She returned to Muscatine in 1967. Her marriage to Clarence Eis took place Nov 28,1912. She was of Methodist faith. The only survivors are several nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by her husband, four brothers, and three sisters.

The body will be sent to Wenatchee, Washington, for services and burial.
