Last Will and Testament of Charlotte Winnemore, deceased

Know all men by these presents, that I, Charlotte Winnemore, of
Muscatine, Iowa, being of sound and disposing mind, do hereby make and
constitute this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former
wills.

1st: - I direct that all my just debts, including the expenses of my
last sickness and funeral, be first paid.
2nd: - I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Charlotte Hare, the sum of
Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars.
3rd: - I give and bequeath unto my son, Eldridge W. Winnemore, the sum
of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, which bequest is made to him in order
that he may be on an equality with his brothers, who have heretofore
received property from their father.
4th: - It is my will and I hereby direct that all the remainder and
residue of my estate, both real and personal, be divided into six equal
shares, except that from the share hereby given to George Winnemore,
there shall be deducted the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, one
fifth of which shall be added to each of the other five shares herein
provided for.
5th:- Subject to the provisions of the foregoing paragraph, I hereby
give, devise and bequeath the said six shares of my estate as follows: -
to my son, William Winnemore, one hare; to my daughter, Margaret
Brogan, one share: to my son, George Winnemore, one share: to my son,
Christ Winnemore, one share: to my son, Eldridge Winnemore, one share:
and to my daughter, Charlotte Hare, one share.
6th:- I hereby nominate and appoint G.M. Titus executor of this my last
will.

Witness my hand this 17th day of June, 1909.

The foregoing instrument was on the date thereof signed by the said
Charlotte Winnemore in our presence, and by her declared to be her last
will and testament, and we, at her request, in her presence and in the
presence of each other, have hereunto set our hands as subscribing
witnesses on the day and date thereof.

In the District Court of Iowa in and for Muscatine County

In the Matter of the Estate of Charlotte Winnemore, Deceased - First &
Final Report of Administratix

Comes now Charlotte Hare, the duly appointed and qualified administratix
of said estate, and reports to the Court that more than one year has
elapsed since her said appointment; that while her inventory filed in
this court on May 6th, 1912, shows that decedent left no personal
property, she afterward found a certificate of deposit issued by the
German American Savings Bank to said decedent, and which was owned by
her at the time of her death, amounting with interest to $113.66, and
also a note of Chris Winnemore for $199.00, making a total estate of
$312.66, from which sum she has paid the following claims owing by said
decedent, which were principally for medical services, funeral expenses
and costs of said estate, as follows to-wit:

J. Whittaker for labor, $1.00
Rev. D.R. McCorkle, funeral service, $1.00
Dr. Beveridge, medical service, $9.00
J.W. Rankin, undertaking and burial supplies, $60.00
Bowman for funeral livery, $38.00
P. Olson, for monument, $75.00
Court costs, $15.60
Attorneys fees, probating will, preparing final report, legal advice,
$15.00
Court costs and attorneys fees in estate of T.M. Winnemore, Deceased, $6.25
Services of administrator, $6.81
Balance in hands of administratix for distribution, among the heirs, $85.00
Total $312.66

Wherefore, she prays that an order be made setting a day for the hearing
of this report, and that upon posting the authorized and approved notice
of such final hearing, and the filing of receipts in full from all the
heirs interested in said estate, this report be approved and she be
discharged.

depose and say that I have read the foregoing report and know the
contents thereof, and the same is true as I verily believe.
