HISTORY OF A HOUSE

I NEED TO FIND OUT WHAT THE HISTORY OF A HOUSE IS IN RED OAK IOWA AT 210 WEST REED ST. WE BELIEVE THAT IT MAY BE HAUNTED BY PEOPLE THAT MAY HAVE DIED IN THE HOUSE AND WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF SOMEONE REALLY DID OR NOT . HOW DO I FIND THIS INFORMATION OUT THE HOUSE IS VERY OLD AND VERY COLD AT TIMES?
