Mrs. Elin Wram Services Friday
Stanton – Funeral services for Mrs. Elin W. Wram, 79, Stanton resident since 1930, will be Friday, June 5, at 2 p.m. at Mamrelund Lutheran church here with Rev. Donald Harding officiating and burial in Mamre Cemetery with arrangements by Sellergren-Landell Funeral Home, Red Oak. Mrs. Wram died Tuesday, June 2, at Murphy Memorial Hospital, Red Oak. The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Halberg, she was born July 4, 1890, at Essex and was reared in the Elliott community. At the age of 7 she made her home with Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lindquist after the death of her mother. She was married in 1914 to Adolph George Wram, who died in 1963. Surviving are three sons, Oscar of Whitefish, Mont., Donald of Des Moines, and Lawrence of Creighton, Mo, five daughters, Mrs. Russell Evans of Pacific Junction, Mrs. Glen Vad of Minneapolis, Mrs. James Chew of Denver, Mrs. Ross Winn and Mrs. Howard Almquist, both of Bennington, Neb., two sisters, Mrs. Russell Smith of Goram, Mont, and Mrs. Effie Norris, Kalispel, Mont; 35 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Wram was a member of Mamrelund Lutheran Church and The American Legion Auxiliary here.
