Hold Rites for Alanson Isaac

Funeral Services for Alanson L Isaac, 65, 106 W. Joy St., Red Oak, carpenter, were held Saturday, July 25 at Sellergren-Lindell Funeral Home with Rev. William T. Miller officiating and burial in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mr. Isaac died Thursday, July 23, at Murphy Memorial Hospital after an illness of two months.

A lifetime resident of this community, he was born in Montgomery County, July 18, 1905, and was married in 1930 to Dorothy McGimsey, who survives.

Also surviving are three sons, Thomas of Red Oak, James in the U.S. Navy, and Virgil, Grant, daughter, Mrs. Ricky Sands, Lewis, four grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Carl Mellott of Red Oak, and Mrs. Edwin Hines, Omaha.
