Richard Earl Baker, 41, rural Stanton, died July 14 at Truman Medical Center, Kansas City,Mo. following a brief illness.
Services are today at 2 p.m. at Nelson-Boylan Funeral Chapel here with the Rev. Merle J. White, pastor of Red Oak Assembly of God Church, officiating and burial in Mamre Cemetery, Stanton.
The son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard F. Baker, he was born June 22,1943 in Albany, Mo. and in 1978 was married to Beverly White, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Richard Eugene and Steven Dewayne, both at home, stepson, Franklin Lombard of Kansas City, his parents of Kansas City, brother, Norris of Kansas City.
