Services Saturday For Charles Silkett

Funeral services for Charles Silkette, 72, retired farm laborer who made his home at the Hotel Griffith here, will be held Saturday, Dec. 18, at 2 p m at the Sellergren Funeral Home here with the Rev. William T. Miller officiating and burial in the Evergreen cemetery.

He died Wadnesday, Dec. 15, at Murphy Memorial Hospital.

The son of Joel and Mary Silkett, he was born in Montgomery county Feb. 5, 1893, amd was a lifetime resident of this county. He was a member of the IOOF lodge.
