Hester (Nessie/Nessy) Twamley married James Neil, Niel, Neal in Jones Co. Iowa and lived in or near Red Oak, Iowa per her parents wills (1864 & 1876).
She was my great grandfathers sister. She was born 1831 in Ireland. We have no details except what is the wills.
