~
RED OAK, Ia. July 6- Gerald Billings, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Billings, was accidentally strangled and unconscious for over an hour. Gerald was engaged in a friendly tussle with little Dale Ballard and the latter jerked his necktie and it tightened around the boy’s neck. The services of a physician were necessary.
