Emigrated from Gottenburgh Sweden on the vessell Lucitania. Last foreign residence was Stenlund, Sweden. Renounced alligience to Gustavus V.: King of Sweden. Arrived in port of Nwy York on May 22, 1908.

Signed and dated Arvid wester April 15, 1914.
