Sulentic Infant Dies at Ottumwa

Patrick Donald Sulentic, six months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sulentic of Hocking, died Friday at 3 p.m. at St. Joseph's Hospital in Ottumwa following a brief illness with pneumonia.

The Albia Rescue Squad had been called to the Sulentic home at 1 p.m. Friday. After administrating first aid, the infant was taken in the rescue car to the hospital in Ottumwa.

He was born June 21, 1960, at Monroe County Hospital.

His father is an employee of John Morrell & Co., in Ottumwa.

Surviving are his parents; two brothers, Jimmy and Tony; three sisters, Linda, Christina and Mary Ann; and the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Tony Kauzlarich of Albia and Mr. and Mrs. John Sulentic of Eagle River, Wis.

Funeral services were at 9 this morning at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Albia, conducted by the Rev. Father L. Heinen. Burial was in St. Mary's cemetery.
