Joseph Hannam died Sunday morning at Mercy hospital Des Moines and the funeral was held Tuesday morning from the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. F. Hannam. The funeral cortege arrived at St. Patrick’s church at 10:30 a.m. when the last rites of the Catholic church were said, Father Brownrigg officiating. He was a young man esteemed by all and this occasion will long be remembered as being one among the largest funerals ever held at that place. The sorrowing friends have the sympathy of all.
