Thursday, March 9, 1967Mrs. Cratty, 80, Dies In Hospital
Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Church in Weller for Mrs. Catherine Cratty, 80, who died Tuesday at 1:05 p.m. at St. Joseph Hospital in Ottumwa.
She was born May 25, 1886, near Lovilia. She lived most of her life in the Lovilia - Weller area.
Survivors include two sons, Bernard of Lovilia and Earl of Chariton; two daughters, Mrs. Joe Judge of Davenport and Mrs. Fred Blubaugh of Melrose; one brother, Tom Heyland of Albia; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
The rosary will be recited tonight at 8 p.m. at the Humeston Funeral Home.
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Weller. Officiating clergyman will be the Rev. E. J. Weeg, pastor of St. Mary's Church in Weller.
