HENDRIX-METZ

Miss Edna Hendrix, of Lovilia, and Pierce H. Metz, of Marysville, were united in marriage on Sunday afternoon, February 6, at the M.E. parsonage in Lovilia, Rev. J.O. Evitts, performing the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Garret Hendrix, of Lovilia having been raised in that town where she has a host of friends. Mr. Metz is the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Metz and is well and favorably know by all in this part of the county. He is associated with his father in the mercantile business in their stores at Marysville and Bussey, he having charge of the Marysville store.
