H.S. Berry
Representative from Monroe county, was born on a farm in Wapello county, Iowa, July 22, 1857, moving with his parents to Monroe county in 1865. Received his education in the country schools; taught school four years; served as member of the board of supervisors six years; served as mayor of the city of Albia eight years. Is married and has three children. His occupaton is that of a farmer and live stock dealer. Elected representative in 1920, re-elected in 1922, 1924 and 1926. A republican in politics.
