Funeral services for Allen Bennett, 12, was held Thursday afternoon in Ovando from the Community Church with Rev. Joseph Ashworth officiating. Burial was in the Ovando Cemetery. Pallbearers were:
Jimmy Evans, Charles Evans, Tommy Murphy, Marvin Hiatt, Bobby Murphy and Joe Ryan. The entire community wish to extend their heartfelt sympathy to those in their bereavement.
