PIONEER OF COUNTY DIES IN KANSAS CITY.
Watson Kelso Polly, was born in Salem, Indiana, November 20th, 1851, and departed this life at Kansas City, Missouri, June 26th, 1928; aged seventy-six years, seven months and six days.

Mr. Polly spent his early life at Marion, Indiana, at which place he was married to Miss Ann Maria Harper; in the year 1873. To this union seven children were born, three preceding him in death. Mrs. Polly also preceded him in death just twenty-one years ago.

From Marion, Ind., Mr. and Mrs. Polly moved to Long Prairie, Minn., and from that place to Whiting, Ia., where they spent the rest of their lives.

Mr. Polly is survived by four children, Mrs. Lafe Richardson, Mrs. W. C. Delashmutt, A. B. Polly, all of this locality, and Chester H. Polly of Kansas City.

He became a member of the Church of Christ at Marion, Ind., when he was eighteen years of age, and lived a consistent Christian life until the time of his death.

Burial was made Thursday, June 28 in the Harrison cemetery. ~Whiting Argus.
