Dennis R. Miller, 77, of Whiting, Iowa, formerly of Omaha, NE, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2020 at Pleasant View Care Center, Whiting, Iowa.

Private family services will be held. Burial will be in the Hollst Lawn Cemetery in Yutan, NE. Arrangements are under the direction of Rush Family Care Service, Onawa, Iowa.

Dennis Ray Miller was born January 19, 1943 in Fremont, Nebraska, the son of Carl John and Lucille Vivian (Jirvosky) Miller.

Dennis graduated from Valley High School in Valley, Nebraska. He served in the Unites States Army Reserves.

Dennis owned and operated Miller’s Auto Sales in Omaha, Nebraska until his retirement in 1995. He was car crazy and loved working and dealing with all cars.

Survivors include his two daughters, Kathy (Scott) Turkel of Omaha, NE, and Lynn (Scott) Blecker of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Courtney, Brenen, and Cohen; one sister, Diane Merryweather of Aplington, Iowa; and his former spouse and loving friend, Sandra Miller of Omaha, Nebraska.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Lucille Miller.
