25 March 2020Diane U. Struble, 78, of Onawa, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at her residence.
Per Diane’s wishes, no services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Rush Family Care Service, Onawa, Iowa.
Diane Ulane (Miller) was born July 4, 1941 in Onawa, Iowa the daughter of Bill and Jessie (Tyson) Miller. She grew up near Mapleton, Iowa, where she graduated from High School with the class of 1960.
Diane and Harry Struble were united in marriage on December 2, 1961 in Sioux City, Iowa.
Diane was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and raising her three boys, Harry Jr., Bradley, and Shawn. She enjoyed cooking, baking, shopping, and watching her favorite shows on T.V.
Survivors include her loving husband of fifty-eight years, Harry O. Struble of Onawa, Iowa; two sons, Harry Struble Jr. of St. Louis, Missouri and Bradley Struble of Onawa, Iowa; her grandchildren, Andrew, Austin, Sydney, Ethan, Savannah, Ayaka, and Kylie; great-grandchildren, Hikari and Koki; two sisters, Wilma Johnson of Onawa, Iowa and Nellie Campbell of Tuttle, Oklahoma; and several nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Jessie Shaffer; father, Bill Miller; son, Shawn Struble; two sisters, Mary Margaret Wright and Phyllis Fegenbush; two nephews, Abraham Jimmy Campbell and Joey Campbell; niece, Julie Fegenbush; and two brothers-in-law, Roy Campbell and Chester Wright.
