Nadine Bradley Mudgett, 88, Onawa, Iowa died Friday, July 22, 2005 at Burgess Health Center, Onawa.

A graveside service was held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 25, 2005 at the Onawa Cemetery with Rev. Don Collison officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Rush Family Care Service, Onawa.

Nadine was born November 30, 1915 at Madrid, Iowa, the daughter of Edward and Grace (Brodebeck) Bradley. She graduated from Madrid High School and attended Iowa State College one year. Later she attended Simpson College for two years.

Nadine married Donald E. Mudgett in Ames. The couple made their home in Ames and Davenport before settling in Omaha, Nebraska. While in Omaha, she was manager of the furniture department at Sears Department Store at Crossroads. They retired to Onawa in 1970. Donald passed away in 1982 in Onawa.

She was a member of First Christian Church in Onawa. She enjoyed flowers and gardening.

Survivors include three grandchildren, Robin Van Camp of Des Moines, Iowa, Mark Van Camp of Omaha and David and his wife Denise Van Camp of Omaha and five great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Donald, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Mudgett and a daughter and her husband, Merrilie and James Van Camp.

Memorial may be directed to Burges Health Center or First Christian Church, Onawa.
