Robert Edward Harloff, 71, Onawa , Iowa (formerly of Maysville, Iowa) died Sunday, January 16, 2005 at Burgess Health Center, Onawa following a lengthy illness.

Robert was born December 28, 1933 at Davenport, Iowa, the only child of Harry and Laura (Moldenschardt) Harloff.

Bob graduated from Davenport High School and attended Mary Crest College. He married Marilyn Ann Littig April 4, 1953. He worked at Iowa Illinois Ga s and Electric Co. in Rock Island, Illinois until going into business for himself in 1965. He and his wife, Ann owned and operated Bob Harloff T V and Appliance in Maysville, Iowa until retiring. He later sold real estate part time.

He attended St. John Methodist Church, Davenport and was a member of Roosevelt Lodge No. 626.

Survivors include two daughters and their husbands, Peggy and Rick Atkins of Whiting, IA and Lori and Rick Arnold of Maysville; a son Robert "Steve" Harloff of Davenport; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

He was, preceded in death by his wife and parents.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. January 21, 2005 at Cunmck-Collins Mortuary at Davenport. Burial was in Maysville Cemetery, Maysville.
