Adolph Lenz Is Dead: Former Resident Here

Adolph Lenz, 58, formerly a resident of this community for many years, died at a Carroll hospital Sunday morning, following an illness of 18 months duration. About two weeks ago he had returned from the Iowa City hospital where he had been receiving treatment. He had been making his home with his son, Erwin, at Breda.

The deceased is survived by two sons, Erwin, at Breda and Martin at Battle Creek, one daughter, Mrs. Dixon, at Vail. Mr. Lenz’s first wife, Martha, died in 1920.

Funeral and burial were at Denison Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Holtorf and Mr. and Mrs. A.L. Lafrentz of Ute, attended.
