BENJAMIN LEWIS ROSE, 61

Benjamin Lewis Rose, son of Louis and Margaret Rose, was horn at Charter Oak. February 14, 1890, and passed away at Sioux City, February 15. 1951, at the age of 61 years and one day.

He married Rachael Smith of Ute on July I4, 1915. To this union was born one son, Ivan now of Day ton Ohio. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, one sister, and three brothers.

He Is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Maud Jones of Mapleton, Mrs. Katherine Squibb of Lake Charles. La, and Mrs. Myrtle McCabe of San Clemente. Calif. one brother, Parker Rose, Santa Barbara, Calif. He is also survived by two granddaughters and several nephews and nieces.

Funeral services were held at 2 p. m Sunday at the Byers Walter Funeral chapel, conducted by the Rev. George Osborn. Burial was in St Clair Cemetery
