Mary E. Janicke, age 91, of Silver Spring, Maryland, passed away August 11, 2017, at Riderwood Senior Living Community of Silver Spring, Maryland.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 28, 2017, at Mount Hope Cemetery of Mapleton, Iowa. The Pastor Jena Manchester will officiate.

The Armstrong - Van Houten Funeral Home of Mapleton, Iowa is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
