Eleanor E. Meehan, 88, passed away on July 25, 2006 at Nathan Adelson Hospice East.

She was born on March 11, 1918 in Chicago, Illinois.

Eleanor's residence was in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a homemaker.

She had been a memberStar in Onawa, Iowa and Lombard, Illinois.

She is survived by daughters, Mary E. Krelle of Las Vegas, NV and Margie Brinales of Glen Ellyn, IL; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold A.C. Meechan of Onawa, IA in 1998; son Harry Meehan of Las Vegas, NV in 1999 and daughter Peggy Meehan of Riverside, IL in 1986.

Donations may be given to Eastern Star Charity of Choice and/or Nathan Adelson Hospice - 4141 S. Swenson Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119.

Arrangements handled by Palm Mortuary - Cheyenne.
There will be a Memorial service in Onawa at a later date.
