Martha Anna Henderson, 39, of Whiting, Ia., died here in a hospital Wednesday after a lingering illness.

She was born January 28, 1907 at Pisgah, Ia. and spent her early life there.

Survivors include the widower; Otis; a daughter, Sharon; a son, Roy; her father, Henry Lofler of Little Sioux, Ia., and the grandmother, Mrs. George Geith of Magnolia, Ia.

Funeral services will be held at the Methodist church in Whiting at 1:30 p. m. Saturday with Rev. M. C. Miller of Sloan, officiating.

Burial will be at Magnolia under the direction of the Pearson funeral home of Onawa.
