DONALD E. HOLLISTER

Funeral services for Donald E. Hollister, 66, of Smithland, were held Saturday at 2:00 p. m. in the Smithland Methodist church. The Rev. Leonard Fugate officiated and burial was in the Grant cemetery near Rodney, under the direction of the Willman Funeral home of Rodney.

Mr. Hollister died Wednesday, at a hospital after a two-year illness. He was born May10, 1900 in Monona County and was a lifelong resident of the Smithland-Rodney area.

Survivors include the widow, Hazel, two brothers, Gilbert of Paullina, la., and Niles of Northfield, Minn., and four sisters, Mrs. Glenn Dean of Panoka, Alta Canada, Mrs. George Dean of Mapleton, la., Mrs. Kenneth McClure of Gardena, Calif., and Mrs. Roy Warneke of Paullina.
