Whiting, Iowa—Special:
Funeral services for Roy F Holloway, 76, lifelong Whiting resident, who died Friday in an Omaha hospital will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Methodist Church. The Rev. C.L. Claysen will officiate and burial will be in the Whiting Cemetery under the direction of the Wood Funeral Home of Whiting.

Mr. Holloway was born August 13, 1888 in Whiting and he married Esther Brown June 22, 1907 in Whiting. He operated an ice company for several years and drove a Whiting School bus for 36 years. He was a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include the widow, three daughters, Mrs. Harriet McBurney of Smithland, Iowa, Mrs. Berniece Wiksell of Omaha and Mrs. Betty Higgins of Alexandrea, Va.: two sons, Raymond of Columbia, S.C. and Howard of Juno, Alaska; eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
