ONAWA, Iowa -- Clarence "Delbert" Cooper, 84, of Onawa died Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2002, at Burgess Health Center in Onawa.

Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday in Graceland Cemetery, Blencoe, Iowa, with military rites conducted by Monona County Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2694 and a U.S. Army honor guard. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Rush Family Care Service in Onawa.
