Died

Sampson- Hannah, the wife of D.W. Sampson, at her home in Onawa, June 17, 1894 of consumption at the age of 50 years, 8 months, and 23 days.

She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G.W. Oliver and was born in Franklin County, Maine and at the age of two years was moved to Kane County, Illinois. In 1857 moved to Onawa where she lived until the time of her death. She was married in 1860 to D.W. Sampson and bore 9 children, three of which have passed away.

She leaves six children, a husband, father and one brother to mourn her loss. The funeral was held at the residence Tuesday afternoon conducted by the Rev. Telford and Adkins. The remains were interred in the Onawa Cemetery. The mourners have the sym—of their wide circle of friends
