One of the prettiest weddings of the season occurred at St. Mary's Church Tuesday morning at a nuptial high mass at 8:30 when Miss Mabel Grass, daughter of Mrs. Laura Grass, and Mr. Eugene McGarrity of Danbury, were united in the holy bands of matrimoney by Rev. Father Wagener, the ring ceremony being used. Miss Gertrude McGarrity, a sister of the groom acted as bridesmaid and Thomas Smith as best man. Little Miss Anna Wilson was ring bearer. After the ceremony the bridal party repaired to the McGarrity home in Danbury where the reception was held. After a wedding trip to Chicago the new home will be made in Danbury where Mr. McGarrity is employed as carpenter for the Northwestern Railroad.
