R.W. Cassady
Was born November, 1881, Whiting, Iowa. Attended State University at Iowa City in 1899 and 1900. Attended Iowa State College in 1903 and returned there in 1908 and 1909 for special work in Animal Husbandry. Represented the Iowa State College on their 1909 judging team. Has been engaged in farming at Whiting, Iowa, and has paid particular attention to the breeding of purebred Hereford cattle. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Hereford Cattle Breeders' association
