Mrs. Bumgardner, an aged lady and a former Osage resident, died last Sunday at her home in Dakota. Her son, Cole Bumgardner, received a dispatch conveying the sad news, and immediately started to be present at the burial services.

- Find a Grave, Osage cemetery shows a gravestone for David & Juliet Baumgardner, she dying in 1889. It may be a cenotaph, or the family brought her remains back to Osage for burial.
