Mr. Lucius Cole died last Saturday night. He had been grain buyer for Col. McCarthy for the past five years, and gave satisfaction to his employer and the farmers generally.

He was a man of great kindness of heart, and will be very much missed in our village. He was a member of the Odd Fellows, the the brotherhood accompanied his remains to Floyd county, and buried him with the honors of the Order.
