A Victim of Wood Alcohol.
Mason City, Aug. 15.—August Krinkman, cigar maker, died at Osage last night from the effects of wood alcohol poisoning. He had been drinking heavily the past week. In 1855 Krinkman ran against Samuel Gempers for third vice president of the cigar makers’ union. He is 45 years old.
