Obituary for Cheryl L. Bowers

Cheryl L. Bowers, age 77, of Riceville, Iowa, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2019, at the Riceville Family Care and Therapy Center.

Cheryl was born February 18, 1942, in Fayette County, Iowa, to Ivan and Iva Mae (McClain) Heidt. She worked in LeRoy, Minnesota, for many years.

Cheryl is survived by six children: Jeanne Sherman of Albert Lea, MN, Paula Bowers and special friend, Emmanuel, of Denver, CO, Sandy (Tom) Reynolds, of Mc Intire, IA, Tina Bowers and special friend, Steve McQueen, of Austin, MN, Tammy Bowers of Nora Springs, IA and Robin Connell of Laurel, Indiana; 13 grandchildren; 1 Step grandchild; 10 great-grandchildren; 6 step great-grandchildren; one step great-great grandchild; a brother, Darrell (Carol) Heidt of Allison, IA and several step siblings.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, husband Daryl and a brother, Charles Heidt.
