MRS. EMIT JUSTICE
ONE-TIME RESIDENT
OF OSAGE IS DEAD

Mrs. Emit Justice, 47, who lived at one time in Osage, and was a sister to Mrs. Ray Tubbs, died last week. She was buried last Thursday at Merriam, Kansas, according to word received by local relatives.

Mrs. Justice had been ill for several weeks. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Cyrus Button of Kansas City; her husband, and three sons: Robert, now in Guadalcanal; Dean in Australia, and Willard, at home; and by a daughter, Nettie, also at home.

Surviving also are five sisters: Mrs. R. Tubbs, Mrs. Charles Hall, of California, and Mrs. Clarence Odom of Arkansas; five brothers: Sherman, Joe and Wayne Button of Kansas City; Loren Button of California, and Henry Button, in Montana.
