Cora Agathe Olson was born October 25, 1897 at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa to Carl E Olson and Gunhild Bertine Johnson, the first of their two daughters.

Cora was baptized on December 19, 1897 at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church at Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa.

Found in the 1915, 1920 censuses at Osage, Mitchell, Iowa:
1915: Cora Olson age 17.

1920: Carl Olson 50, Gunnil Olson 52, Cora Olson 22, Helen Olson 10.

Cora married John Joseph Matzoll (b January 14, 1898, d May 18, 1980).

The couple had 3 children: Doris, Inez and John.

Cora Matzoll died December 31, 1982 at Rice, Minnesota and was buried at Lakeville Grove Cemetery, Lakeville, Dakota, Minnesota.
