Laura was the daughter of Emil A. Krause (1877-1953) and Anna I. Krause ( 1886-1966).
She is buried with her parents at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery (New one) in Rock Township, Mitchell county, Iowa. Her tombstone says her middle initial is "R." not "A."
