Kathy Jo Johnson was born on March 22, 1960 at Osage, Iowa. She passed away on May 10, 1978 at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, Osage, Iowa.

Funeral services were held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Osage, Iowa, on May 12, 1978; with Father John Breitbach and Father Justin Kane con Celebrants. Burial was at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Osage.

Honorary casket bearers were: Michael Wagner, Douglas Kroneman, David Kroneman and Douglas Johnson.

Casket bearers were: Jeff Koster, Alan DeMaris, Mark Hendrickson, Mike Smith, Steve Dalluge and Dave Gunsallus.

Schroeder and Dunn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
