Mary Elizabeth Williams, age 93, of Osage died Monday March 10, 2014, at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at the First Baptist Church in Osage with Pastor Paul Brown officiating. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday at the Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage.

Mary was born July 23, 1920 in Parkers Grove, Minnesota, the daughter of Morris and Vera (Cole) Williams. She attended school in Osage and graduated from Osage High School in 1938. Mary worked in the office at the Osage Municipal Utilities for many years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, where she acted as the church secretary for many years. She was a member of WaTanYe and she enjoyed spending time at the county care facility playing games with the residents.

Mary is survived by her sister, Jean Clausen of Charles City; her brother-in-law, Frank Fagerburg of Wisconsin; her sister-in-law, Suzy (Bob) Williams Kostelac of Henderson, Nevada; her nieces and nephews, Zeke “Harold” Clausen, Lea (Mike) Snyder, Jeff (Joni) Williams, Joni (Rick) Schempp, Kevin Williams, Frank (Nancy) Fagerburg, Steve (Marcia) Fagerburg, Pam (Gordy) Farrell, Mark (Susan) Fagerburg, Mike Williams, Mitch Williams; several great and great-great-nieces and nephews.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Keith (Marlys) Williams and Dean Williams;her sister, Dorothy Fagerburg; her brother-in-law, Leo Clausen and her nephew, Joe Clausen.
