Conrad S. Johnson was born July 31, 1915 at rural Floyd, Iowa to Carl Ole Johnson and Katrina Sulland, the youngest of their three children. He had two older sisters, Margaret and Ruth C.

Conrad never married, nor had children. He served in the Army during World War II as a private and as an electrician.

1925: Carl O. Johnson 50, Trana Johnson 44, Ray Barkhart 40, Margert Johnson 17, Ruth Johnson 11, Conrad Johnson 8.

Found in the 1930 census at Cedar Falls, Black Hawk, Iowa: Carl O. Johnson 56, Trena Johnson 49, Margaret Johnson 23, Ruth Johnson 16, Conrad Johnson 13.

Found in the 1940 census at Floyd, Floyd, Iowa: Carl O. Johnson 66, Conrad Johnson 22.

Conrad S. Johnson died March 1977 in the U.S.A. and was buried at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church Cemetery, Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa.
