OSAGE, IOWA — Funeral rites were in California for a former Osage resident, Francis Dieterichs, 47, who died November 10, 1963, from cancer.

Born in Osage to W. I. and Johanna Dieterichs, he was graduated from Osage Schools and left for California in 1937.

He was employed by Lockheed, first at Burbank, and more recently at San Jose.

Survivors include his widow, Frances, San Jose; two brothers, Maylon and Paul Dieterichs, both of Osage, and three sisters, including Mrs. Fred Tresemer, Arlington, and Mrs. Laurence Champion, Osage.
