Word has been received of the death of James Weipert, age 43, who was killed in a truck accident in Frankfurt, Germany. James is a former resident of Osage.

He is survived by his wife, Louise; and by four children: Alfie, Patra, Lulu and Jimmy; by his father, Edward of Osage; by five brothers: Art of Osage, David of Osage, Raymond of Texas, Kenny of Texas, and Richard of Waverly; and by four sisters: Pat of New Haven, Mary Jane Cloose of Des Moines, Betty Saxton of California, and Shirley Willis of Denver.
