OSAGE, IOWA — Committal services for Mrs. Opal Adams, 66, who died Monday at the Osage Nursing Home, will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Pleasant Cemetery at Jamaica with Champion Funeral Home of Osage in charge.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Ray (Shirley) Johanns of New Haven; and two sons, Gerald of Floyd and Howard of Mesa, Arizona.
