George Duncomb, 72 passes away Friday in Denver, Colorado

Mr. Burt Duncomb notified the Recorder Monday that he had received word of the death of his brother, George, 72, Friday in Denver, Colorado following a long illness.

Funeral services were held in Denver.

Mr. Duncomb was a former Riceville resident and is survived by his wife, Nina; one daughter, Jean; three brothers, Burt of Riceville, Ralph of St. Ansgar, and Paul of Tripoli, Iowa
