Funeral services were held Wednesday, December 24, 1986 at Immaculate Conception Church in Riceville, Iowa, for Francis D. Regan, 90, of Riceville. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery, Riceville. Mr. Regan died on Sunday, December 21, 1986, at the New Hampton hospital.

Survivors include two daughters, Dorothy Lockie of Dewey, Arizona, and July Mills of Globe, Arizona; two sons, Vernon of Nashua and James of Greenwood, Indiana; a sister, Celia Biwer of Elma; 14 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
