Rudd, Iowa — Gloria Maxine Dean, 86, Rudd, died Friday, March 8, 2013, at the Banner Hospital in Mesa, Arizona.

Funeral arrangements are pending at the Sheckler Colonial Chapel, 114 North Hawkeye, Nora Springs.

Gloria Maxine Green was born in Iowa on September 15, 1926, the daughter of Elmer Ellsworth Green and Rose Edith (Haberkorn) Dean.

In August 1949 she married Clinton C. Dean, the son of Glen Clifton Dean and Oral (Newton) Dean. He was born November 22, 1928 in Floyd County.

Her parents are buried in the Osage Cemetery, Mitchell Co., Iowa and his parents are buried in the Rudd Evergreen Cemetery, Rudd, Floyd, Iowa

In 1940 Gloria and her parents were living in Burr Oak, Mitchell County, Iowa.
